Procedurally Generated Beat'em'up
Punching Things! is a procedurally generated, beat’em’up about robots who punch each other try try to stay alive. In the game you will play as Clunk, a robot who is forced to destroy other robots to survive in a gladiatorial arena. Every robot will have unique statistics and behaviors. Every robot will be a new character to interact with.
The inspiration for the game comes from Borderlands, Castle Crashers, and Malevolence: The Sword of Ahkranox. It combines the light-hearted yet sometimes serious tone of Borderlands with the gameplay of Castle Crashers and the infinite procedural generation of content found in Malevolence.
